Tryouts
It's time to register to try out for the 2026-27 synchro teams!
Registration for tryouts must be completed by April 15, 2026
Both Step 1 and 2 must be completed.
Step 1: Complete the tryout form
Include a USFS number or Learn to Skate number if already a member.
Step 2: Select and register for one tryout session below based on the highest Skating Skills (MIF) level passed
Passed Skating Skills (MIF) tests does not guarantee placement on the team.
Note: you will not be able to find these by searching the web.
Aspire 2: Monday, April 20, 2026 - 5:00 - 6:30 pm
No Skating Skills Test Required. Skaters must be Gamma level or higher and be at least 6 and younger than 14.
Aspire 4: Monday, April 20, 2026 - 6:45 - 8:00 pm
No Skating Skills Test Required. Skaters must be Freestyle 1 or higher and be at least 7 but younger than 14.
Preliminary: Thursday, April 23, 2026 - 5:15 - 6:55 pm
Passed Pre-Preliminary Skating Skills and be at least 7 but under 14 years old by July 1, 2026
Pre-Juvenile: Monday, April 20, 2026 - 8:15 - 9:40 pm
Passed Preliminary or Pre-Bronze Skating Skills and be at least 8 but younger than 18.
Open Juvenile & Intermediate: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 - 7:30 - 9:25 pm
Passed Bronze Skating Skills and be at least 10 but younger than 19.
Placement for each skater for the 2026-2027 season will be emailed on Thursday, April 30. Please make sure a current email address is entered in the Tryout Registration Form.
Families are asked to respond to that email with
their Decision of Intent by Saturday, May 2.
